When you enter your Membership Number and email address (both as they exist on our system), your password will be automatically sent to you.

- LOG-IN INCORRECT
Members are reminded that your pre-set password is in the format of letter number letter number, etc. There have been a number of mix-ups between 1, I, l, 0 and O.
To avoid any possible confusion, we recommend that you copy and paste your password from the email into the log-in box.

No. There are 2,000 full members are their numbers go from 1 to 3,217.
Members may not have renewed membership and junior members are also allocated numbers in the same numeric sequence.
In 2007/8 there are over 7,000 associate members. New associate members in 2008/9 will commence at number 15,907

- I WAS A MEMBER IN 2005/6 BUT DID NOT RENEW IN 2005/6. CAN I RENEW USING THE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER THAT I HAD THEN
No. Only current members can renew.
Former members who wish to join will be classified as a new member and will be allocated a membership number next in line.

- MY TICKET DID NOT ARRIVE IN THE POST. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE COST?
No.
Members are aware that they assume responsibility for tickats once they are posted.
If you are concerned as to postal service, you could selct post option at time of renewal.

- MT PASSWORD WILL NOT WORK FOR MY TICKET ACCOUNT
Your membership details on this website and your Ticket Account are two separate databases.
The account number for both has generally been set as the same but unless your amended both passwords, the passwords will not be the same.
To avoid possible confusion, members may wish to amend either or both of the passwords.
